Heliocos scanbodies are made of titanium grade 4 (DIN EN ISO 5832-2), which have a special anodization. The anodized layer gives you the feedback in the scanner.

The scanbodies can be reprocessed because the layer is thermally stable. Please note the information on reprocessing in our instructions for use.

Our scanbodies can also be used intraorally.

Please note that our scanbodies can only be used with Heliocos abutments that are offered in our libraries. You cannot use our scanbodies if you want to use abutments from another manufacturer.
