In addition, we ensure the safety of our products with computer-aided methods early on in the development phase. We only work with suppliers who have many years of experience in the industry. Our quality management system is certified according to DIN EN ISO 13485. Our quality assurance system is also certified according to RL 93/42 / EEC Appendix II.

Compatibility.

Our abutments and impression components are fully compatible with the original implant. This is the only way we can ensure that our customers, and of course their customers, are satisfied with our products. This is the only way to create a long-term partnership. We not only check compatibility with the fatigue tests according to DIN EN ISO 14801, in which the implant-abutment bond is dynamically loaded until it is destroyed, but we also regularly check the original abutments and implants.

We enable our users to offer their customers or patients an inexpensive alternative without having to compromise on the usual quality. Sometimes our products come from the same machine types and the raw materials come from the same suppliers that supply the well-known manufacturers. Our products can undoubtedly keep up with the products of major well-known manufacturers, because they are just as compatible and subject to strict testing. We also test the products of the original manufacturers and sometimes exceed them in terms of fatigue strength.
